Do I need a technical person?
No. The platform is made for business owners. Every recommendation has an instruction in plain language.
What if the platform finds a problem I cannot fix myself?
IWS Pulse does not make fixes. It only shows the problem and what needs to be done. You can give it to your webmaster or choose “Care by us”.
Does it work with WordPress, Wix, Shopify?
Yes. Monitoring and recommendations work for any website. For the statistics, a small visit counter needs to be added to your website. It takes 5 minutes and we show you how. If you prefer, we add it for a small fee.
Can I have several websites?
Yes, without limit. Each website is priced by its number of pages, and you see all of them in one dashboard.
Do I need to give you access to my Google accounts?
No. IWS Pulse works with your public website and our cookie-free statistics. If you want more detailed recommendations, for example which search terms people use to find you in Google and which pages Google does not show, you can optionally add data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics. This is included in every price at no extra cost, and there are two ways. The first is a one-click, read-only connection: you do not give us a password and you can stop it at any time from your Google account. The second needs no connection: once a month you upload a CSV export from Search Console to your client area. Full access to your accounts is only needed for “Care by us”.
What happens to my visitors’ data?
The statistics use no cookies and store no IP addresses. The data stays yours and is never sold or shared.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within 14 days of payment, with a refund.
